Failte Ireland this year launched the New Dublin Coastal Trail from Skerries in north county Dublin to Killiney in the South of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown.
The Dublin Coastal Trail is an alternative or addition to the standard Dublin experience of Guinness Storehouse, Trinity Collage & shopping on Grafton St.
Why? The Costal Trail offers the visitor a very different perspective on Dublin. You are guided along the way with stunning coastal views, villages & heritage towns, sailing activity, bathing spots, wildlife &The UNESCO Dublin Bay Biosphere.
How? The Coastal Trail can be accessed by train (DART) or cycled. It can be done in stages depending on the visitor’s time available.
